Solution Area Communication Services drives the transition from circuit switched communication networks to IP based communication networks to enable the networked society. Solution Area Communication Services manage a competitive and profitable product portfolio addressing the communication services market, including a high-quality Mobile Circuit Switched Core (MSS), IP Multimedia System (IMS), Signaling control (DSC and IP-STP) and Regulatory solutions (Lawful Intercept).

We are now looking for our Head of Enterprise Communication within Communications Services (COS). We work in a fast-paced, ever changing industry, so you will need to have a disruptive mindset, be courageous and have the perseverance to lead the unit into our future with our customers.
Main responsibilities:
Deep understanding of e2e business flows from requirement generation to customer delivery.
Create alternative delivery models through DevOps and aaS
Drive the GTM for the SA COS Enterprise portfolio
Responsible for the end-to-end product and service execution
Anchor the Enterprise strategy within SA COS & coordinate with the larger BA/Ericsson
Key Qualifications
Proven track record in leading large and complex organizations
Experience in product management, sales, product development and service delivery
Extensive experience in customer facing situations
Experience in driving large scale transformation
Proven track record of delivering results
Strategic thinking- able to create a vision and strategy
Strong executor, converting strategy into an execution framework
Good negotiation skills
Ability to lead in ambiguity
Strong understanding of SaaS and DevOps
Business development experience, evaluating growth opportunities, business planning and implementation
Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
Leadership skills
Make timely, clear decisions, even if they involve tough choices or considered risks
Encourage Courageous Leadership: Provide clear direction, set appropriate standards on behavior, motivate and empower
Agile leadership: Change direction and focus on the organization effectively, based on business & customer requirements
Enabling people: Excellence in running large organizations and managing large matrix organizations, across multiple sites

Market skills
Ability to build trust from our customers globally

High interest and capability to understand technical trends to capitalize on opportunities and to understand where the industry is going
Experienced in creating learning organizations striving for continuous improvement e2e based on trust and transparency
