This covers the early engagement of business architecture, via Information, IT applications and technology architecture combined together in solution design for our enterprise.

We are now looking for a Head of Enterprise Business Architecture to join our team!
In this role, you will build and ensure customer/stakeholder value and happiness by collaborating across Ericsson to describe key elements of our Enterprise Architecture. The team will be the business front-end of the Enterprise Architecture unit that has the mission to translate strategies into execution using structured architectural approaches, models and methods.
You will also contribute directly and indirectly to leadership teams and governance forums at strategic and tactical level.
What you will do
Describe the Ericsson Business Architecture as a core part of the company's group-wide Enterprise Architecture
Ensure that the current and future Business Architecture is described and captured in the knowledgebase - combination of process, structure, and repositories for capturing, assimilating, viewing and sharing a wide range of information - and that these descriptions are practical to use
Support analysis and prioritizing, planning and design of Business Transformations and implementation of strategic change, i.e. translating business needs into change needs for value realization
Steer the evolution of the Business Architecture and making it transparent and accessible across Ericsson and a coordinated part of the Ericsson group-wide Target Architecture Master Plan ("TAMP")
Build relationships both with business leaders and within EA and IT
Manage and develop experienced Business Architects that together drive the above responsibilities as well as providing mentorship, advice and results to major transformation initiatives
You will bring
MBA, MSC or equivalent through experience
At least 10 years of demonstrated ability in similar position
Strong understanding of Ericsson's Networks business with deep knowledge of Ericsson products and services including broad understanding of new product introduction and sales
Deep understanding of Business Architecture; business models, business capabilities, customer journeys, business processes etc. and how these are supported by business information, applications and technologies.
Proven leadership and partnership skills, able to engage and influence at multiple levels of the organization
Interest and desire to lead people
Ability for critical thinking and providing thought leadership
Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration Skills
