The role as a Head of Enterprise Architecture holds the overall leadership role leading a team of 5-10 Solution Architects to define and own the Architecture roadmap through a period of genuine technology transformation for Oatly. The role ensures that the work of the Enterprise Architecture function adds value, is relevant to the business strategy, and meets the goals set for the digitalization portfolio by executive management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
This position is calling out for an individual who has successfully scaled and matured an architecture function and has defined a cloud-first technology roadmap for a large, complex global business. A technical architecture background is required, but a key focus will be working with a highly talented team to shape an incredibly flexible leading architecture at all levels.
In your role you will:
• Work closely with all key stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver a modern data driven enterprise architecture that enables Oatly's business strategy
• Facilitate among stakeholder's alignment around the mission and vision of this function to foster a business-driven agile culture and mindset
• Be leading the design of the technology strategy, enterprise architecture and shape the technology roadmap
• Architecture leadership experience at Head of level
The role will report to CIO and be part of the Business Technology Strategy Management Team. The position in based in our HQ in Malmö.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a passionate digital business leader that has a proven record of delivering business value by leveraging digital technology. For this role you have an exam in bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
To be successful in this role it would be great if you have:
• Strong integrity and a business mindset
• Architecture leadership experience at Head of level
• Evidence experience growing and maturing an Architecture function
• Strong understanding of various Architectural principles
• Experience from being in a very dynamic, resilient and fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successful architecture-driven digital transformations
• Pragmatic and holistic approach
• Interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• A strong commercial, delivery focussed mindset, with the capability to effectively communicate at board level
• Ability to have meaningful conversations with Developer, Architects, IT leaders and Business Stakeholders about how systems should be designed.
