Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the leadership team to define the technical strategy and roadmap
Architect scalable systems and make key technology decisions
Manage the software development lifecycle end-to-end
Hands-on contribution to the codebase and coaching engineers
Recruit and grow a high-performing engineering team
Foster a culture of innovation, quality and accountability
Requirements:
Proven track record leading and scaling engineering teams
Deep expertise in software development, system design and cloud technologies
Strong communicator able to translate between technical and business needs
Passion for building great products in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
