About the role
Hi there, I'm Rickard and I'm looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our Engineering team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day progress, providing technical guidance and direction. You will strengthen your team's performance, growth and translate business needs into great software solutions. Initially you will run a smaller team and be involved in hands-on development. But as the team grows, your role will be more strategic and focused on overall team-, technical-, and project management in close collaboration with other business areas.
We hope that you are comfortable working with our React Native front-end and our Typescript backend. If you consider yourself to be a tech-savvy disruptor, innovative enabler, and would like to play a central role in the creation of our future products - we would love to see you in our team!
Your day to day fun
Supervising and leading our Engineering team.
Organizing, structuring and overseeing projects and sprints.
Setting up product road maps.
Cooperating with other stakeholders.
Managing software development.
Handling of multiple ongoing projects.
Handling employee/ team trainings
What you bring with you
Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js (14+), GraphQL, React Native, Typescript.
Project leader skills.
Worked as team leader for 5+ developers.
Scrum/Kanban experience.
You'll enjoy this position if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to find your way forward when there are no given answers.
