About this opportunity
Business Area Networks (BNEW) is responsible for Ericsson 's industry leading Networks products and solutions and is the foundation for Ericsson's technology leadership. BNEW is passionate about securing our ongoing market leadership, continuing establishing a leadership position in 5G, and continuing to invest for sustainable technology leadership within a highly competitive market. End to End (E2E) Cost of Sales (CoS) is a unit at BNEW Business Control that focus on ensuring that Ericsson has the most cost competitive product and service portfolio in the industry! We are engaged in optimizing the cost structure throughout the life cycle, from design, production, delivery to installation and aftermarket. The team is furthermore responsible for reporting product costs and savings for the Product Area Networks (PAN) product portfolio and the complete end to end savings for BNEW. We provide a tool for calculating product cost to our end users in R&D. We influence and make a difference by providing accurate and distinct data insights to product management and product development!

What you will do
As head of E2E CoS, you will be responsible for leading a team of product portfolio analysts located in Kista combined with being the driver for BNEW end to end Cost of Sales including:
Actively ensure E2E cost savings initiatives both short and long and thereby contribute to the BA's total financial objectives and Switch execution.
Focusing both on horizontal and vertical view of the value chain, identify significant amounts of trapped value and non-value added costs.
Support Product Line in improving product profitability and optimize product life cycle management from a financial and business perspective.
Drive and ensure collaboration with product responsible PDUs, PAN, SAN, Supply and BNEW Business Control.
Support in various change/improvement project relating to improved visualization and financial models of product cost (TK) and E2E cost towards MAs.
You are the chairperson at BNEW Product Council Cost Management Review.
Drive the Cost efficiency agenda in various fora as PMF and CoS program meetings.
You have a strong curiosity about driving tools development and initiatives that will improve automation and visualization of data.
Tool owner of the product cost tool Rotor. Drive simplicity and automation.
Responsible for securing that product cost data is available on time with quality to stakeholders.
Monitor and define relevant indicators for efficient and competitive cost E2E.


Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
Good knowledge of the PAN & SAN product portfolio
Good knowledge of Supply Chain and Sourcing
Good knowledge of full product lifecycle: development, production, delivery, and end of life
Good knowledge of Data Visualization tools
Good knowledge of Ericsson financial model
Have a network in the DU, PA, Supply, Sourcing and Finance to support alignment on operations and programs
