We have the opportunity to build how we tell our story to the world, driving perception and enabling sales.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic person in the position as the Head of Employee Communications for the area of Responsible Business. You and your team will play a key role in creating understanding and engagement around critical topics such as compliance, sustainability, corporate responsibility, security and occupational health and safety. Contributing to Ericsson being perceived as the technology leader, preferred employer and partner to empower the connected world.

This role reports into the Head of Employee Communication within Group Function Marketing & Corporate Relations.

You will
* Develop and drive an employee communication strategy, narrative and campaign activations to support the objectives for responsible business within Ericsson in an aligned, consistent way across the global organization.
* Ensure engaging and impactful messaging across the areas of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility (S&CR), Occupational Health and Safety (including employee wellbeing), legal and compliance, as well as security and risk management.

To be successful in the role you must have
* 10+ years senior internal communication experience
* Experience working in communications in areas of sustainability, corporate & social responsibility, occupational health and safety, compliance and finance, with the ability to develop and implement compelling communication strategies with tangible results.
* Extensive change communication experience and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
* Demonstrated experience in change communication and proven track record of excellent stakeholder management
* Experience in defining and implementing a new vision and 'ways of working' for a team to challenge obstacles and implement best in class practices
* To be an outstanding leader and empathic teammate with shown ability to lead through influence and work collaboratively within a diverse and matrixed global organization
* The ability to lead, inspire and grow communications talent
