Power solutions is a business area, with responsibility to develop and market Power systems and services for a broad range of industrial and marine applications. The business is managed as a "Company within the company", based on synergies from the commercial vehicles. The sales track record shows an significant growth over the past years.
At Technical Development, within Power Solutions, we focus on development and adaptation of combustion engine systems as well as electrified solutions and their performance throughout the complete project and product lifecycle.
As our current Head of Electrical & Performance systems is taking up a new position within Technical Development we are recruiting for a replacement.
Assignment
We are facing an interesting and challenging future with an engine platform transition parallel to pioneering work with electrified solutions. At KETE the responsibility areas are design of the electric systems as well as coordinating the requirements of the injection, turbo and aftertreatment systems for the new platform as well as meeting new customer demands with adaptations of the present one. Your responsibility is to organise and balance the team short- and long term to meet our internal as well as our customers' expectations.
Aside from being a member of the management team of Technical Development, reporting to the Director of Technical Development within Power Solutions, you will also manage the crossfunctional work within R&D and with purchase, production and the product management.
Personal profile
You have either a university degree in Engineering or have gained corresponding competence via experience. We expect you be interested in, and be enthusiastic about technical development, and our customer 's needs. Even more important is that you are eager to learn and develop together with us and continue to grow the team spirit, diversity and product properties. We expect you to be fluent in English and Swedish and have documented experience from a previous leading role. Powertrain, design and managerial experiences are considered as important merits.
