hela Sverige As our Head of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, your main objective is to successfully convert strangers to Tobii Dynavox into customers and promotors. This is done by managing and developing the team, the processes and the digital infrastructure. You will be at the heart of driving successful customer journeys for both B2C and B2B segments globally.
You will lead a global team of eight ambitious Tobiians with different competences within digital marketing, such as SEO, SEM, ecommerce, marketing automation and web development. Your team is part of the Tobii Dynavox global marketing organization and you will report to the vice president of marketing in Tobii Dynavox.
Your days will be filled with:
Full team responsibility and individual development through one-on-ones, performance appraisals, salary reviews etc.
Direct responsibility for setting our ecommerce targets (own and external shops/stores) and B2B targets (lead generation sign-ups).
Drive the implementation of agile work methodologies.
You will also support and coach the team in their daily work, which contains of
Plan, execute and follow up of all inbound activities such as SEO, Display and keyword advertising.
Substantially grow our marketing automation capabilities using tools like Eloqua and SFDC.
Build and maintain web sites globally.
Develop and grow our ecommerce through own and 3rd party channels like Amazon.
Develop and grow our app business through Itunes Store and Microsoft Store.
Develop and grow CRM and loyalty programs.
You will work in close collaboration with the whole marketing department, content owners, social media and community managers, as well as R&D, IT and Sales teams. The position is located in Stockholm and requires some international travelling (10-20 %).
We are looking for someone who
To be successful in this role, and at Tobii, we believe you probably started your career working hands-on in digital marketing and have then progressed into a leadership role. More specifically, we think you have:
3-7 years' management experience within digital marketing
5+ years' experience from digital marketing and ecommerce
5+ years' experience from building and rolling web platforms internationally
A university degree in Marketing, Business Development or equivalent
We find it meriting if you have experience working with SEM, social advertising, lead generation and/or business analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics). If you have experience working with Agile Marketing it is also a great plus!
To be successful in this role, and at Tobii, we think you are confident in the leadership role, but are not afraid to dig in where needed. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills. You are used to communicate and function on all levels - executive, peer group, technical and customers. We also expect you to be service-minded and have a process driven work approach.
