Job Description
What you will do as Head of Customer Fulfillment Products
As Head of Customer Fulfillment Products you will be leading a cross functional product organization of 500+ colleagues that delivers business and customer value, always with salesmanship at heart. A significant part of the role is to co-lead the domain together with the Head of Customer Fulfillment Engineering. You will lead Product Managers and Product Owners to align on vision, strategy and priorities for customer centric and efficient supply chain activities, including inbound - and outbound logistics and warehousing. An important focus will be to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. While being a visionary, you build great teams which has your support and help to make them succeed.

You have extensive supply chain knowledge, with experience from building and scaling technology solutions to support innovation and optimization of logistical network and flows. You stay up to date with the latest techniques for product discovery and hypothesis-driven product development.

• Is effective in a constantly developing matrixed organization with both complex and evolving technology and products

• Has a "track record" of P&L accountably within proven results in previous positions
• Has experience and proven results in leading complex organizations with 500+ employees including attracting and developing and retaining talents.
• Have deep understanding and experience of both Agile product- and project based- development
• Is an inclusive communicator with experience of bringing together multiple business partners, both internal and external to execute on a common mission.
• Have deep understanding of how to make data driven decisions and translate customer or business insights into a business value
• Understand what it takes to build dev/sec/ops technology
• Understand relevant technology trends, the opportunities they bring and when and how to use them
