In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Lead and inspire a team with a focus on improving processes and driving unified ways of working for Swedbank's customer-facing employees.
• Demonstrate your knowledge of Lean concepts (process mapping, continuous improvement, waste elimination etc) to set the direction and lead a step change in operational excellence in Swedbank's Swedish Banking unit.
• Take ownership of improvement ideas, prioritise these against strategic objectives and shape them into tasks that can be successfully delivered
• Building trust with senior stakeholders with your ability to deliver value
• Collaborate with other team managers in Swedish Banking's Business Development unit to build a high performing business unit leading some of Swedbank's most strategic and customer-focused changes
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or a great reason for not having one
• Proven business change and operational excellence experience (5+ years)
• Demonstrable experience from banking or other financial services industry or otherwise a demonstrable understanding of how the banking/financial services operates
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders and maintain a strategic focus
• Track record of leading people in formal or informal roles
• Strong oral and written language and presentation skills (English & Swedish)
• Operational Excellence certification is highly desirable
