The opportunity
As Head of Digitalization and Project Office within Group Supply EMEA (Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Africa) you will lead our people and teams on the journey of digital transformation we are in, shaping the next generation supply. This impactful role gives you the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, global, dynamic team driving innovation and sustainable technology leadership within a highly competitive market. You will be reporting to head of Supply Chain Management within Group Supply EMEA and will be a member of the unit Leadership Team.
Some examples of your responsibility:
• You will lead our Digitalization journey and hold a line manager position for Digitalization and Project Office team
• You will provide inspirational and engaging leadership
• You will play a key role in enabling execution of our global supply strategy, including proactively recognizing trends, enabling the digital capabilities, taking actions to strengthen the customer experience in our supply chain processes, and attaining operational efficiencies
• You will drive a successful ramp up of our transformation becoming fully digitalized in our supply end-to-end process
• You will ensure that business projects are executed effectively and efficiently and will continue to develop project management methodologies, standards and tools.

You have approximately 10 years of working experience, and most of them in leadership postions, for example within consulting, driving digital transformation projects, analytics, roll out of implementation programs, supply chain management or similar.
You have a proven track record of driving strategic projects and programs in the area of digitalization and supply chain, strategy development and strategy execution
