At Finance and Business Control (F&BC) within Scania we are a diverse group of people with one interest in common. We want to create the next generation finance department. That is a high ambition and requires people that want to make a difference and break new grounds. To ensure this we must accelerate digital transformation and take big leaps into next generations methods and tools. To support in this journey we are now recruiting to our new functions within Finance Way & Innovation Office.

Finance Way & Innovation Office's purpose is to establish a centre of excellence with the aim to drive & support in the areas of process mgmt, program/project mgmt. and being the centre for governing change and digitalisation etc

We are now searching for brave change manager that has a passion for digital transformation as a Head of Digitalisation and Information Management. In that role you will also be the Digital Officer for Finance and Business Control.

As a change manager for digital transformation you will be responsible for our digital strategy and deliver value according to our roadmap. With a clear focus on our customer, efficiency and new business areas you will collaborate cross functionally with colleagues from all over Scania to ensure digital progresses. The role is new within F&BC which means you will be able to influence the content of responsibility. You will report to the Head of Finance Way & Innovation Office and your workplace will be in Södertälje. Knowledge and experience required

• You have experience in digital transformations including design thinking, journey design and agile ways of working.
• Experience in new tools such as robotics, AI, blockchain
• You are used to work in cross-functional and international teams with a proven record in project management.
• Good communication skills, being able to influence and interact at different levels in the organization. Fluent in English, verbal & written, is a requirement.
• Knowledge in SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics is a merit

You have an academic degree in business administration, finance or equivalent. We assume that you have solid experience in project management within financial processes and a proven record of implementing standard solutions and best practices. To succeed in this role you need to be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
