We are now creating a new unit, Digital X, to work across our company to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio, together with colleagues in all parts of our company. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation; and we will support the sales of those solutions.

The Head of Digital X role responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
Sets the overall direction for Digital X
Builds a strong Digital X organisation that can be a catalyst for digitalisation in AFRY
Manages the transfer of the most promising current solutions into Digital X
Develops long-term target positioning for DigitalX and digitalisation in AFRY
Leads and builds Digital X with the purpose of accelerating digitalisation in AFRY
Drives digital growth and profitability
Works proactively with decision makers of AFRY to drive the overall digitalisation in AFRY
Positions AFRY as a attractive employer for digital employees
Who are you?
Competence Profile:
Senior experience from driving digital transformation and from building new organisations.
Strong customer focus and results orientation
Experience from one or more of our core transforming segments (infrastructure, food and life science, bioindustry, clean energy)
Ability to represent Digital X to AFRY's group management and work collaboratively with Divisions
Communication skills to represent AFRY from a digital perspective externally and internally
Ability to drive change management in a line organization
Expertise in how digital solutions create value for customers in our core industry sectors
Good understanding of digital business models and the role AFRY can play in the ecosystem
Knowledge regarding digital architectures, digital business models, innovation management and design thinking
Understanding of building ecosystems of partners
Ability to motivate and lead the Digital X management team staff in a highly dynamic environment
Ability to work in uncertain environment and hands-on attitude to problem solving
