Head of Digital Workplace
As head of Digital Workplace you are given the opportunity to be the hero for enabling LYNK & CO employees to be productive collaborating wherever they are, whenever they are. Ownership includes all IT Services related to the LYNK & CO digital workplace (e.g. devices, network, productivity software / core applications, lifecycle mgmt., you get it...).
Primary responsibilities are business & strategic alignment, business capabilities and requirements definition, roadmap planning, sourcing, service delivery and operations.
You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.
You will report to the Global Director of Business Technology LYNK & CO.
The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at LYNK & CO HQ. The position includes global responsibility.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Ownership of all IT Services related to LYNK & CO digital workplace
- Business & Strategic alignment
- Business capabilities and requirements definition
- Roadmap planning
- Sourcing, service delivery and operations
Profile and Background
- Passion for improving how people communicate and collaborate.
- Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
- Experience defining and managing digital workplace business capabilities and requirements, roadmap planning and service lifecycle management.
- Leadership experience
