As Head of Digital Worklife Services you will, together with others, set the technical vision and work with your community to move Aurobay towards that vision by continuous learning and improvements. You will lead our digital teams delivering global shared worklife services towards an environment with a great user experience. You will influence Aurobay's ambitions to be a great place to work.

Skills and Experience
You are a curious and tech savvy leader with proven ability to build great relationships and get results from working together with others. You have several years in tech leadership roles in different kinds of organizations. You lean on modern agile leadership principles when you work with your teams, your users, and your stakeholders.
Our Digital Worklife Services lean on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and we have a cloud-first strategy. You will have a great advantage in this role if you have similar experience with you.
Your role at Aurobay
As Head of Digital Worklife Services you will have three main responsibilities:
• To enable our technical vision, guiding principles & golden paths together with your teams. Work with & through the community to move Aurobay in the right technical direction including how to get there.
• To lead product teams responsible for typical digital worklife capabilities such as Collaboration Services, Device- & Endpoint Mgmt, Workflow Automation and Onsite Support.
• To lead the change from carve-out focus and building capabilities from scratch to becoming a DevOps oriented team working with continuous improvement.
You stand for continuous learning, self-service solutions enabling team autonomy, golden paths instead of control, great user experience, and relentless automation. You have experience in balancing security good practices with user experience & efficiency and can help finding the right balance for Aurobay.
