As Head of Digital Products & Services, you are responsible for the sales, delivery, and evolution in this service area. You are part of the company management team and report to CEO and owner Joel Rozada.
Our projects either focus on accelerating digital transformation, improving our clients' innovation efforts, or helping startups to become competitive and adapt to a more connected world. In all instances, we use creativity and technology to move towards a more sustainable and joyful world.
Your main responsibilities
• Creating and aligning offerings and sales within this service area in collaboration with our service area Heads (Experience, Innovation, IoT, and Joint Ventures)
• Acting as a thought leader externally in meetings with clients, partners, and external settings bringing experts to the table when needed to secure client success
• Securing Techno Creatives delivery of successful digital products and services through cross-functional collaboration
• Improving and growing our products and services (user retention, user growth, etc)
• Sharing best practices within Techno Creatives to generate a learning environment
Your skills and abilities
We are happy to consider candidates with previous responsibility for strategic product decisions, product design, and product development experience as well as responsibility for sales and growing businesses across different industries.
• Experience in finding and developing new digital products
• Digital product strategy with follow-through on product execution & traction
• Leading product team from product initiation to launch
• Leading product team driving growth and product improvements
As Head of Digital Products & Services, you have great analytical and logical thinking and prioritize both team and products. You are keen to find solutions, and define and enable intersecting collaboration across seniority, skill, and competence levels. You care for yourself, the team, individuals, and the company showing both compassion as well as business and product insight - understanding what is driving holistic value in a profitable manner, stakeholder priorities, and alignment.

With offices in Gothenburg and Shenzhen, covering hardware, cloud, and software we have the ability to take full ownership from initiation to continuous product growth.
