About the role
The Head of Digital is accountable for the end-to-end business to consumer (B2C) Digital value-chain for their market / cluster and part of the Marketing and Digital leadership team. You are ultimately accountable for achieving commercial performance and improve Consumer Net Promoter Score (NPS), leveraging the potential of the Digital channels and tools in the deployment of commercial and marketing programs, projects and initiatives. The role is critical in driving innovation across the Commercial organization, embedding a digital-first approach to serving consumers.

Main accountabilities:
• Accountable for commercial performance, service performance, and NPS of e-commerce and e-care
• Responsible for e-commerce commercial activities, managing digital go-to-market (GTS), pricing, offers, volumes and stock, in collaboration with Commercial Planning (Commercial Operations), and in line with market Commercial Governance
• Identify, select and manage third-parties e-commerce marketplaces and partners
• Execute new product launches for digital, deploying the campaigns designed by Brand Marketing and Content, in coordination with Trade Marketing and in collaboration with Commercial Planning, to ensure an effective GTS and omni-channel execution
• Accountable for Brand awareness and considerations across digital channels and media
• Participate in commercial programs, projects and initiatives providing deep digital expertise, from idea generation to GTM, and executing across digital channels
• Define the market/cluster digital marketing, social and media plan (Paid, Own, Earned), integrated with the Brand & Marketing Plan and Calendar
• Deploy all brand and product content across digital channels, supporting Brand and Marketing to trans-create global content and messages to target the intended audience effectively
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Content and External Affairs to develop and execute
• Market/cluster editorial calendar
• Develop the social media strategy, objectives, and targets. Run social media channels, in collaboration with External Affairs where needed
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including content optimization, paid source and organic traffic, to generate visits to our online and offline touchpoints
• Responsible for CRM audience management and operations in line with consumer segmentation
• Define, execute and optimize CRM engagement including messaging, testing/optimization, audience segmentation, creative requirements and frequency
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and leverage digital/performance analytics in order to continuously monitor and optimize e-commerce/care (Owned), digital marketing (Paid), social (Earned), commercial and NPS performance
• Define and implement best in class User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) for all digital B2C channels in line with Consumer Experience and Brand guidelines (in collaboration with Digital Hubs)
• Generate reports and insights on consumer interactions on digital channels (Web Analytics, huddles, etc.), for the benefit of the entire commercial organization. Single source of truth for digital consumer data
• Manage and optimize digital budget to ensure effective and efficient execution of projects, programs and initiatives and Marketing plan
• Exploit Regional/Global PMI Digital Hubs to their full potential to ensure effective in market execution and monitor service levels
• Collate market/cluster digital requirements to inform IT and Digital Hubs investments and capability development/deployment for B2C Digital, including the consolidated view of programs/project/initiatives requirements
• Single point of contact for in-market/cluster deployment of global CRM solutions
• Develop digital understanding and capabilities across the market/cluster organization
• Paticipate in the Marketing and Digital leadership team governance and provide input and recommendation to the overall Marketing and Digital short/long term plans as digital subject matter expert
• Leverage global partners and agencies whenever possible. Where local needs are not covered by global partners, collaborate with Brand Marketing and Content to identify best local alternatives
• Provide inputs and insights for the development and deployment of the Global PMI digital operating model

Who we 're looking for:
• 10-15 years of relevant experience within B2C environment- knowledge of navigating within highly regulated industry a plus
• Demonstrated Business & Financial Acumen
• Ability to turn Insights & Analytics into Action
• Project Management & FFWD/Agile ways of working
• Solid knowledge of CRM - WEB/UX/E-commerce - Paid Media - Social Media - Search Engine Optimization
• Solid experience in collecting and acting upon consumer feedback within Digital channels (NPS)
• Experienced with content creation, localization and management (online)
• Proven experience in managing relationships with third parties
• Knowledge of Omnichannel Activity Planning, Execution & Evaluation
• Project management
• Fluency in English is required for this role
• People management skills
