We have worldclass teams in product, customer success and sales, but we do not have a marketing team, at all... We have managed so far with passion and lots of energy but now we need to level up!We are looking for someone with the right experience/energy who will show us how things should be done. The main objective is to drive and improve lead generation to our sales team. Or simply put, get more companies to use Teamtailor. Lets build the best marketing team out there!
We are looking for someone who can:
• Set the goals, strategy & manage all our marketing initiatives (Paid, SEO, Content strategy, PR etc).
• Hands on get stuff done.
• Follow up and report on a marketing budget.
• Build and manage a smallteam (The initial team will consist of a Performance marketeer /paid search specialist and a Content manager.)
• Be part of the management team.
You should have:
• Strong understanding and experience from working in a SaaS company.
• + 5 years experience from a similar role.
• Expert level knowledge in ares such as: Inbound marketing, SEO, paid search, content production, copywriting, email campaigns etc.
• A data driven mindset.You're all about hypothesizing, testing, measuring and iterating and are comfortable using web analytics, marketing automation and CRM technologies.
• An understanding of how to use content to drive engagement.
• Experience from implementing a strategies on an international scale.
