hela Sverige We are now looking for a "Head of Digital Demand & Strategy" to join us at HMS. We believe that you have deep understanding of demand management, development, project management, business intelligence and digital strategy. You have extensive experience of leading other leaders in a fast paced, innovative and international environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As "Head of Digital Demand & Strategy", you will work with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring we capture demands incoming from the organization and translate these into projects, analytics, reports, strategy and architecture.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of experienced business intelligence specialists, project managers,
• architects and developers.
• Responsible to analyze incoming demands and translate these into actions such as
• projects and solutions.
• Translate HMS company strategy into a digital strategy.
• Lead Digital & IT's Project Management Office.
• Sponsor department projects.
• Lead global projects.
• Collaborate with other project managers across the organization.
• Establish a seamless and efficient integration strategy.
The role reports to HMS' Chief Digital & Information Officer and is part of the Digital & IT Management Team.
