Valmet Corporation (pending Metso EGM approval) is looking for a Head of Digital Communications.
The Head of Digital Communications is responsible for developing an integrated digital strategy and presence to advance Valmet Corporation's brand, communications and business targets (in web, intranet and SoMe). He/she will be planning and leading the development within our digital channels as well as creating a working governance model for web sites, intranet and SoMe development and contents management. His/her responsibilities also include the coordination of digital communications between corporate and area/business line organizations. He/she will ensure that Valmet has functioning digital communications tracking and analytics tools and utilize them as part of the digital communications development.
The Head of Digital Communications will be reporting to Valmet's SVP, Marketing & Communications and will be based in one of Valmet's main locations. (e g Göteborg, Karlstad or Sundsvall in Sweden)
The person we are looking for is an experienced (5-10 years) digital channels leader with a proven track record in leading and managing demanding digital channels projects in large companies operating in international/global markets, preferably in a listed company. We are expecting our new Head of Digital Communications to be a visionary and strategist, capable of implementing and managing digital communications projects in a demanding business environment. To succeed in this position, you need to be a dedicated collaborator fluent in English.
