E.ON can offer you an exciting and challenging manager position where you will work with experienced and professional colleagues in an international working environment. In the role as Head of DevOps and Operations team you will manage a team of 13 employees and 20-30 externals and be a part of the Local Operations leadership team where you will contribute to the overall Local Operations delivery and quality.
You will also manage and develop the integrations and BI at E.ON in Sweden. Integrations are today a key part of any applications functionality and at E.ON we are using a range of different solutions from classic to API solutions and are looking into opportunities with Dockers. BI and Data is the present and the future. The team is managing and developing the solutions for business intelligence. AI and Machine Learning is on the agenda for the team. The team is also managing the tools and processes for DevOps in the Nordic IT organization.
As Head of DevOps and Operations team you run and continuously improve the local implementation of the Service Management process of incident, change, problem and configuration management. You will manage and develop the Business Intelligence solutions as data is the present and the future. The team is managing and developing the solutions for business intelligence, AI and Machine Learning is on the agenda for the team.
You will ensure stability and quality in the daily run of the infrastructure operations for applications and be involved in changes to ensure the run and take responsibility of the Service Enabling process. You will control the impacts on cost, ensuring quality of solution while you are driven to deliver change as quickly as possible.
To meet business requirements within the regional unit and the group you will have to be a problem solver with some technical IT expertise. You will continually look for OUTSIDEIN opportunities screening the market for innovative solutions.
The role is located in Malmö.
To be successful in this role you will need to be driven by innovation and improvement and you have a big interest and track record in learning new technologies and stay updated with the latest trends. You are highly communicative and you have the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders. You have the ability to approach problems from an IT perspective coupled with sound business know-how. You also need to feel secure in discussing and capturing requirements with business analysts and the user community and you also have intercultural competence and international orientation.
The right candidate has
Academic degree with focus on IT or equivalent
Preferable experience of IT Service Management, Integrations or Business Intelligence (BI).
Experience from team management and strong leadership skills
