We are now looking for a driven Head of Development to take the lead for our communications domain of Auroras product teleQ. We are looking for a Head of Development
We are looking for a driven Head of Development for three small teams with approximately 8 people. Your team consists of talented system developers. You will report to the CTO and be a member of the IT -management team.
Who are you?
In order to thrive in this position, you must not only hold technical understanding, but you most likely also have:
Strategic and technical ability
People management, at least 2 years of experience as a leader
Strong self-management, power of initiative and prioritization skills
Background as a developer, preferably JAVA
Experience from telecom, preferable "voice" or "digital communication platforms"
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or other relevant field (or equivalent acquired skills and qualifications)
Aurora Innovation is looking for a coaching leader who can truly motivate their team as well as be a spokesperson in the domain of "Communications".
To be successful in this role we believe that you are social, strategic and direct in your communications. You will need to be entrepreneurial and identify new ways to succeed and drive growth. It would be excellent if you have previous experience within communications (telecom).
