We are now offering a very exiting key position as Head of Demand Planning within Carlsberg Supply Company! As Head of Demand Planning you will lead, develop and coach the demand planning team contending two experts in the area. You are responsible for the demand plan for finish goods to enable Supply Chain optimizing costs within the value chain. As Head of Demand Planning you initialize and drive cross-functional projects as well as spending time analyzing and documenting tactical and strategical decision statements for the Senior Management. The position is based in Solna and reports to Customer Supply Manager.
Other day-to-day tasks:
S&OP facilitation of Daily Supply Call, Weekly Operational Meeting and Monthly Demand Reviews.
Participate in the monthly S&OP process providing required input information, highlighting forward risks and implementing agreed actions for the defined SKU portfolio.
Present the demand plan including gaps at different granularities (depending on horizon and forum) in order to achieve agreed cost and service KPI's for the different sourcing units.
To provide early warning and escalation where plans are off track and to proactively liaise with LCC and supply planning to identify and collaboratively address deviations between "actuals and plan"
To trouble shoot problems that could adversely impact KPI's and proactively use problem solving techniques to rectify.
Drive initiatives together with internal and external stake holders to improve the quality of our demand plan.
Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders through a variety of platforms.

What do we expect from you?
You have a university degree, preferable within Supply Chain and operational demand planning experience within FMCG/ CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) companies. You have hands on experience in planning and forecasting tools (we are using APO DP) and a very good understanding of statistical modelling and other mathematical concepts and how to explain the numbers to non-demand planners. We are looking for you who has a detailed understanding of the principles associated with S&OP and IBP processes and advanced skills in Microsoft packages specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
As a person you are goal oriented and a team player with strong communication and listening skills. To feel comfortable in the position we think that you have a proven ability to operate effectively at all levels of the organization and an ability to build strong, constructive relationships and positively influence a diverse group of stakeholders. It is benefitable if you have passion for business processes and process re-engineering. You speak and wright fluent in English.
