Your role as Head of Delivery Nordics
As the Head of Delivery Nordics, you will lead a team of Project Managers, Implementation Managers and Benefit Managers, and be responsible for the overall delivery from the team. The team members work in agile cross-functional squads in their daily deliveries, both to implement new clients as well as developing existing ones. Leading from the front, you will develop the function Delivery Nordic's competence and ways of working, by creating a foundation where function members can thrive, grow and have the support they need to succeed with delivery in their squads. Furthermore, you will develop the delivery team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training of new team members - to ensure a winning team through meaningful performance and talent development.
In this position, you will also:
• Be responsible for the forum Professional Services Prio Nordics - a cross functional forum to decide prioritization of larger initiatives within the Nordic market
• Support the team in their daily work, and personal development
• Collaborate with other function leaders, to ensure alignment between the squads, and the delivery plan
• Match members of the different functions to the squads depending on competence and client
• Support sales and Client relations in incoming project initiatives

As Head of Delivery Nordics, you are a coach and mentor at heart. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong personal interest in driving and inspiring your team to perform and reach its goals.
We also see that you have:
• Previous experience of creating high performing teams and leading them to success through an inspiring and engaging leadership
• A background within Project Management
• Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Experience from working with a SaaS-solution is a strong advantage
• Experience from working with agile methods, and mixing agile with waterfall is a strong advantage
