HOW WE WORK
The Head of CyberSOC is responsible for the delivery of Managed Threat Detection and related services from our operation centers across the region. This includes responsibility for the CyberSOC teams and leaders in 5 locations within Sweden, Germany, Netherlands and China. The CyberSOC currently has approximately 100 employees spread across these locations.
The Head of CyberSOC is responsible for the service delivery from the CyberSOC making sure that the right quality is delivered to our customers. To be able to deliver the services that the CyberSOC provides it is important to stay up to date with how services are delivered, their scope and manage the challenges that can come with them. Maintaining customer satisfaction and SLA/KPI levels are crucial and one of the key areas where for how CyberSOC delivery is measured.
Your role as Head of CyberSOC means that you are overall accountable for the CyberSOC delivery and including all aspects of capacity and staff management. This role will be based in Malmo, Sweden and will include travel once safe to do so. The role will report to the SVP, Operations.
Some of the more hands on job tasks
• Lead the CyberSOC Management team
• Responsible for establishing new teams in new locations
• Drive customer satisfaction
• Drive employee satisfaction
• Drive continuous process improvement to increase scalability
• Interface with key customers/prospects on service strategy and service issues
• Participate in the development of CyberSOC Services
• Recruit, mentor, and retain managers for the CyberSOC teams
• Drive collaboration, learning and process improvement in the CyberSOC team

We prefer that you have experience in the following areas:
• Very good knowledge of cybersecurity
• Experience of leading other leaders
• Understand both technology and have a good business acumen
• Preferably have been a leader for a large SOC, had a role as CISO or similar
Additional experience we highly value:
• Knowledge in ISO 27001
