Rebtel is looking for a new Head of Customer Support

Want to continue creating one of the best customer support experiences on the market and be responsible for 3 customer care centers worldwide?

The role:

Responsible for Rebtel's three support centers in Stockholm, the Philippines and El Salvador; primary support channels being email and chat
Strategically develop the Rebtel support towards both increased service ratings and cost efficiency
Day to day responsible for the support function including staff management and scheduling; coaching and training in the areas of customer care and community management; reporting and follow up; partner management and escalation
Business trips are included in the role



Requirements:

Earlier experience from customer service, preferably within digital service
Minimum 3-5 years' manager experience
Strong English skills both oral and written. It's meritorious if you also speak Spanish and/or French
Good communication skills
