We are now looking for a new Head of Customer Success & Operations to get onboard on our mission!
As Head of Customer Success & Operations at It's Re:Leased you will be making sure our customers get the best experience when they are reaching out to us. You will also maintain relationships with our key partner's within operations (such as shipping, laundry, 3PL) and continuously improve and optimize our way of working with both customer service and operations. Key activities in this role are:
• Support our customers with questions through email, chatt etc.
• Coordinate and collaborate with our key partners
• Follow up on customer feedback and ongoing cases
• Drive and implement improvement initiatives
• Support transition to a new 3PL partner
• Regular follow-up on operation KPI's, such as inventory, returns, quality
You'll be a core part in our team and company, and work close with our COO. Since we are in the transition of outsourcing our operations department to a 3PL partner you will need to be involved in ongoing operations tasks, such as handling orders, doing quality controls etc. We think this will be a great help for you to get a good understanding of the whole operations process and make sure the transition to our new partner will run smoothly.
