Job Overview
Whatever the business challenge may be, our gas turbines are precisely designed to master the dynamic energy market environment, fulfilling the high requirements of a wide spectrum of applications in terms of efficiency, reliability and environmental compatibility.
We have a requirement for a Head of Contract Management for Long Term Programmes (LTP) in our Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) business, who's main mission will be to ensure Excellent Customer Satisfaction is delivered through On Time Delivery and first class customer care.
Your tasks?
• Generate revenues and gross profit for the Long Term Program (LTP) portfolio in line with the IGT business requirements
• Responsible for the wall to wall P&L and successful management and execution of the LTP portfolio for the IGT Segment, managing a team located in Sweden and UK
• Responsible for all customer management and customer care within the LTP contract portfolio, including LTP contract renewal. Responsible for management of all third parties.
• Contributing to the overall success of PM IGT business management (process implementation and improvement strategy & reporting & driving performance KPI's)
Your profile?
• Extensive experience in projects within the service business
• Able to show a track record of leadership and change management
• Experience and understanding of PM processes and systems as well as Business systems (e.g. SAP) from a management perspective
• Prior leadership including experience of large teams and significant business volumes, preferably within a global business
