As a demonstration of our commitment to this, we have a brand new opportunity for a Head of CSR to help us on our journey, and work collaboratively across all disciplines to deliver an exciting programme of sustainability and social impact initiatives for NA-KD.
Your primary objective is to ensure the successful realisation of NA-KD 's CSR strategy and vision, to work across the organisation to develop plans, targets and ambitions, and to work as a trusted advisor to different internal stakeholders.
This role is further evidence of our commitment to build sustainability into our business model, and to champion and underpin the development of our CSR footprint.
The role is brand new, and you will have the opportunity to shape it as well as grow and develop with it.
Main responsibilities
• Collaboratively shape, oversee and coordinate the execution of the NA-KD's CSR efforts in different departments.
• Challenge, support and influence the business to engage with our CSR agenda.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on CSR initiatives, including progress against objectives, budget, environmental / community impact.
• Conduct research, co-ordinate and write reports, identify opportunities, come up with ideas, and work with respective teams to deliver them
• Build and maintain positive relationships with partner organizations to support the overall strategic goals.
• Represent NA-KD externally in different forums
• Work in conjunction with 3rd party specialist organisations (or support other parts of the business to do the same) to develop the scope of specific CSR initiatives, and then work with various parts of the business to implement recommendations once approved
Qualifications and prior experience
• In depth knowledge of the CSR field, gained through experience in a similar role
• Passionate about the role CSR can play in the development of a successful business, and the drive to make a difference
• A proven track record in planning and managing projects end-to-end with minimal day to day supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust, and generate and maintain close working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• You'll need to be a critical thinker and persuader, supporting the Marketing SLT with priorities, critical decisions and actions that are required of them as individuals and as a team.
