About the role
We're hiring a strategic and highly operational Head of CRM to take full ownership of the lifecycle strategy across both B2C and B2B. You will lead CRM efforts across all stages - from onboarding and activation to monetisation, cross-sell, and retention - across multiple products and customer types.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You will work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics, Compliance, and other teams to create and execute personalised, compliant and high-performing journeys using Braze and related tools.
You are expected to both strategise and execute - building journeys, testing flows, iterating on segmentation, and optimising performance based on clear business goals.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the full CRM lifecycle strategy for B2C and B2B products.
Build and optimise journeys for onboarding, activation, engagement, monetisation, and winback.
Design flows that increase LTV, reduce churn, and support revenue growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Tech, Compliance, and Marketing.
Implement and manage lifecycle programs in Braze (or similar), including segmentation, dynamic content, personalisation, and real-time triggers.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance across the funnel.
Monitor and report on key metrics (activation, retention, CLV, etc.) - and use insights to take action.
Ensure delivery of compliant communication in all regulated touchpoints.

Your background
You're a CRM leader who can think strategically - and deliver tactically. You love diving into lifecycle data, building and optimising flows, and seeing your work directly impact core business metrics.
6-10+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or subscription businesses.
Strong track record of building CRM programs that drive revenue, LTV, and retention.
Proficiency in Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform.
Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Comfortable working hands-on with segmentation logic, journey building, content testing, and analytics.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Analytics).
Excellent communication, prioritisation, and project leadership skills.

Big Plus:
Strong copywriting and content editing skills.
Experience creating value-driven messaging for regulated industries.
Knowledge of predictive modeling or AI-based CRM personalisation.
Experience across both B2C and B2B verticals with an understanding of tone, pacing, and decision cycles.
