Are you a talented graphic designer interested in taking responsibility for the overall visual communication of our brand? We are looking for a passionate individual to be responsible for developing and maintaining our corporate visual identity, while in the long term also take part in design projects for clients. You will need a forward thinking approach to visual communications and excel in both the physical and digital space, with proven track record from both these environments.
Ergonomidesign is a company constantly evolving, and we are currently renewing all our brand touch points. In this position, you will be a key person in the development and implementation of our new visual identity, managing and collaborating with key stakeholders and our external agencies. You will also be responsible for the renewal of our brand at every entry point, from our digital presence to brochures and stationery, you will be instrumental to the future look and feel of our brand.
For the first year this project will consume the majority of your time. In the longer term we anticipate you playing an important role in design projects for our clients. Here you would work as a member of our multi-disciplinary design and innovation teams (including service design, human factors, interaction design, product design and strategic design) providing graphic design/visual communication expertise to client?s business. You will be part of an international design team working on inspiring projects for some of the world leading brands.
We are looking for a colleague with the passion and ability to develop strong global brands though world class visual communication. You will have the ability to produce and present inspiring visual form, while pushing the boundaries of what is possible through ideas and their application in a rapidly evolving industry. At the same time you understand the need for usability and are able to deliver functional design solutions.
We expect you to have a solid education in graphic design/visual communications and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience. You need to have covered the discipline of graphic design for print and digital application, and we expect an extensive corporate and consumer identity portfolio, covering both print and digital aspects of brands.
You should be a talented and skilled designer as well as forward thinking and creative. You need to be a devoted team worker but also able to work independently. You need to be fluent in English, as it is our corporate language. Experience of animations is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
