We are looking for a Head of Controlling and Financial Planning to join our team at Lindex headquarters in Gothenburg!
Your role in our team. As Head of Controlling and Financial Planning, you ensure that the Lindex entity acts in line with set financial and strategic targets, and that there are relevant KPIs in place to make this possible You act as the beacon for ensuring a single source of truth regarding the measurement and analysis of Lindex's performance. You have a close collaboration with the Head of Strategic Planning and have an important role in the Business Planning. Process . You own the development of the mid-term business plan, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities while providing insights into financial performance within the division. To succeed in this role, your ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights across the division, ultimately improving financial performance in all aspects of the business, is key.
Your responsibility includes leading and developing the function and employees (a total of five highly motivated Business Controllers) in line with Lindex's strategy, ensuring high performance, a positive work environment, and budget accountability. You work cross-functionally, securing a holistic perspective across the company to drive business growth, improved sustainable profitability, and transformation. You report directly to the CFO and are an important leader in the division's financial leadership team.

Also, this probably sounds like you:
Academic degree within finance and/or business administration or similar
Extensive financial experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Solid understanding of how to drive sustainable profitability within retail
A good understanding of international accounting principles
Experience in leadership, developing teams and creating a positive work environment
Strong capabilities in change management and strategic planning
Fluent in both Swedish and English
Meritorious: experience from a B2C company within retail
