We are now looking for a Head of Controlling to our head office in Kista, who wants to be a part of our journey towards becoming the world leading supplier of smart and sustainable lithium battery solutions.
The financial team at Incell is now looking for a Head of Controlling to take responsibility for Group Controlling overall and the operational controlling in Sweden, which includes managing the local controlling team. Your main responsibilities will include, among other things, managing forecasting and budgeting for the Group, analyse monthly, quarterly and annual figures, create financial reports, run various cost optimization programs and support the organization with financial information and guidance. You will report to our CFO. As Incell is growing and evolving rapidly this role will be a part of setting up and implementing KPIs and drive improvements on the current ways of working in the finance area.
To succeed in this role we believe that you have:
More than 5 years of experience in similar finance positions, both operationally and on Group level
Experience in forecasting, budgeting, setting KPI's, business analytics- if you also have worked with ERP implementation it would be an advantage
Experience from international company, preferably in manufacturing sector
Structured, analytical and proactive mindset
Strong leadership and communication skills
Relevant academic background
Excellent business English
