We are a fast-growing HR Tech and consulting company with Headquarters in Stockholm and an office in London. A part of our business is a thriving consulting practice that provides top of the line advisory services to many of Europe's leading organisations on a global scale. The consulting part of the business is expanding, and we are now seeking an experienced business leader to further develop this practice.
This role is for an experienced, ambitious business leader who would relish the chance of building out a growing consulting business for PIHR on both and local and international level.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring with them a minimum of eight to ten years of relevant experience. Knowledge of various reward and compensation disciplines including job architecture, job evaluation as well as gender and equal pay. If you have spent a significant proportion of your career within consulting this would be highly advantageous. You must have outstanding consulting experience as well as people leadership skills. Most importantly you must bring with you a creative mind-set and the ability to think laterally and commercially.
Key areas of responsibility:
Grow PIHRs consulting business with both existing and new clients
P&L responsibility for PIHRs consulting services
Lead a team of consultants, at first in Sweden, but over-time across countries and territories
Be the main touchpoint for our largest clients across industries
Be responsible for the continuous development of our consulting business
You are fluent in English and Swedish. Since the role has an international focus, travelling can at times be frequent.
