Your role
You lead the finance operations on an operational and daily level in Gånghester Sweden. You will be team lead for a group of seven people that supports each other. The finance operations refer to processes as daily accounting, monthly end cut process, customer - ledger and accounting (administrative processes and financial controlling not included). You have an accounting responsibility for the annual report process. Thus, the responsibility refers to consolidated group financials (IFRS standards) and each subsidiary where it is legally required. You are responsible for group consolidated accounting and - if needed - you will get support from the Finance Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities
• You manage the consolidation of Eton Group's financials and the financial reporting package (IFRS standard) of Eton Group's consolidated financials to internal and external stakeholders.
• You are team lead for a group of 7 and support the team if and when there is a need.
• You are responsible for improvements of projects within the finance function/department.
• You comply with financial policies and regulations and understand and have knowledge within taxes and to prepare tax returns.
Personal characteristics
• You are ambitious with a personal drive to take responsibility and work independently.
• You have a hands-on personality and ability to work both high and low.
• You are analytic and well-structured.
• You have a pedagogical ability.
Your qualifications
• You have minimum 3-5 years of work experience within accounting, preferable with experience from group financials.
• You have solid, updated knowledge of internal finance and accounting.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written communication.
• You probably have an education within business and administration (university degree or likewise)
Practicalities
This is a 12 month assignment to cover for a parental leave. You will be hired as a consultant by Clevry. It is preferable if you are available to start as soon as possible but at the latest mid December.
