About the position
As Head of Connection & Service Region North you will have a huge impact in driving the energy transition of society together with our customers and partners. To your help you will have 5 line managers and a team of 65 professionals in total (E.ON employees and consultants).
You will be part of the management team of the Connection & Service business with responsibility for the Northern region. You will manage a growth investment portfolio of ~400 MSEK/year and you will work in close collaboration with our field partners to deliver new connection projects and drive electrification. The role is located in Stockholm or in Norrköping.
The role's responsibilities include:
* Accountable for delivery of customer-initiated connections, grid relocations and other services in the local grid in Nässjö, Norrköping, Örebro, Stockholm and Sundsvall/Sollefteå; Projects range from connections of consumers, apartment buildings to large industries
* Managing framework agreement and relations with suppliers/contractors within the area of responsibility, i.e., planning, ordering, follow-up on performance
* Ensuring adequate organization, personnel and competence as well as optimizing teams and way of working
* Ordering of reparations and minor reinvestments for local grid
* Accountable for co-ordination of connection projects with impact on regional grid
* Extensive co-operation and communication with both internal and external partners, e.g. customers, contractors, municipalities and other authorities
* Accountable for ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient and business-minded handling of all matters in the above areas, also ensuring operational performance, profitability and security of supply
* Ensuring a safe working environment for employees and suppliers within the area of responsibility in line with Safety First principles
Actively contributing to developing the department Connection & Services with high focus on customers and growth

To be successful in the role you have several years of leadership experience with a combination of technical knowledge and a clear attitude of customer focused entrepreneurship. You have the ability to manage requirements, constraints, financial aspects and business drivers in regulated companies. You lead change with passion and have a natural ability through your leadership to bring people on board.
