In close collaboration with our UX Design team, we aim to develop intuitive and clean user experiences with advanced graphics and functionality that provide delight to our customers.
Who you are
You are to lead and develop a well-functioning team with mature processes and operations. Leader will have extensive interfaces to Design and Executive management. Should have the mindset of strategic focus on Customer Experience. Will own relationships to Google and other key partners. Current position holder is leaving the company (CTO at Saab) April 30th.
What you 'll do

You will empower teams by ensuring accountability and coaching for success. You will be reporting to the Head of Software Engineering. This organisation has approx. 800 team members distributed over the following main areas:
Connectivity Platform
Car Cloud Platform
Infotainment
Remote Functions
HW & Mechatronics
Vehicle Data & Diagnostics
Do you fit the profile?
The head of the Connected Experience team should be an experienced technology leader with proven track-record. We 're looking for experience in:
• Executive presence - comfortable with supporting high-profile stakeholders Design, C-level and Tech Partners
• Deep understanding of UX, industry trends, benchmarks, and experience of working with Design/UX
• Experience of working with Mobile networks, telematics, cloud providers, building large scale agile software development team
• Electrical & Electronic Architectures for Software Defined Vehicles
• Large-scale software development programs with a background of software architecture design and hands-on programming.
• Large-scale electronic hardware development programs, with a background of electronics hardware design.
• Continuous Integration & Deployment
History of working with consumer facing products tied to a complex industrial system with high degrees of reliability on the software integration process (e.g., automotive, mobile, consumer electronics) with embedded software.
The candidate must have a solid leadership background. Some of the desired skills are:
• Capability to create a high-performance software & electronics development organization within a large corporation.
• Entrepreneurial and innovation mindset.
• Capability of developing and guiding a multi-site, multi-cultural team.
• High challenging spirit and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Leading with technical expertise and acting as a talent magnet.
• Hands-on and Gemba oriented management capabilities.
