In EMEA, we are responsible for overseeing all commercial activities in over 60 countries and thus ultimately for the region and market performance regarding financial targets and sales volumes. We work closely with our markets to know our customers and offer them the best possible experience. At the same time, we represent our markets in global initiatives to make sure that our customers' voice is heard. Our team is based on trust and collaboration and we encourage an entrepreneurial spirit. The EMEA region consists of approximately 2300 dedicated employees working in a truly international environment.

As a member of our team you will experience pride in creating an important cornerstone, collaborating through purpose-driven teams with colleagues of many different nationalities.
We believe that the development, of both our employee benefits and solutions as well as each other, are vital components to prepare for future challenges and therefore we believe we need to share our knowledge and opinions to be successful.
In this new role as Head of Compensation and Benefits EMEA, you will make sure our region has the right tools to reward our employees to facilitate the change and provide mobility as an enabler to make our organisation grow. The opportunity is here, we are looking for you who has the passion to make this come true!
