As the Head of Commercial Products, you will enable digital capabilities to take the Aurobay digital product landscape to the next level, securing digital as a competitive edge in the future business of Aurobay.

Skills and Experience
You are a curious and passionate leader with proven ability to build great relationships and get results from working together with others. You have several years in digital product leadership roles in different kinds of organizations, with experience from collaborating with stakeholders on senior and top management level. You lean on modern agile leadership principles when you work with your teams, your users, and your stakeholders. You have good knowledge of commercial architecture, requirements development, and platform implementations as well as great understanding in B2B business, CRM, Web and E- commerce solutions.
Your role at Aurobay
As Head of Commercial Products your main responsibilities are to:
• Drive the development of the software products in the Commercial area to manage the customer perspective in all phases and platforms.
• Leverage agile methodology for software configuration, development and exploration.
• Identify opportunity for product development to maximize business value and undertake cost evaluation, standards reviews, and prioritization.
• Guide continuous improvements efforts for the products, advancing maturity, looking forward to technology trends and capabilities that will enhance business outcomes.
• Setup and execute a high ambition roadmap and business plan based on objectives and key results (OKR).
• Articulate and consistently emphasize the short- and long term vision of the area to the team and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead commercial process design and workflow definition ensuring consistency in for example .com, eCommerce, marketing and customer care areas.
• License management, testing and security
• Ensure critical competence in the teams balancing employees, consultancy services, and bought services.
• Protecting the long term technical integrity of the area in close collaboration with the Tech teams.
• Coordinating content dependencies with other key areas
• Internal and external networks and communication.
• Vendor and supplier management..
• Data and analytics.
