About this opportunity
PEU Cloud Experience and Services (CLX) will enable a standalone releasable AppSS & RANS which supports integration with ADP and a coherent HCP CaaS and PaaS strategy and integration. CLX will provide Automation support for cloud aware services (including Life Cycle Management and Canary). CLX will also establish a unit to provide Developer Experience support for all RAN microservice development teams.
CLX will support HCP deployment of Cloud RAN Applications, replacement of ADP services with HCP provided services as appropriate and an integrated HCP Developer Experience.
The unit will aim to be a highly efficient S/W engineering group - targeting elite status on the DORA metrics.
Reporting to the Head of Product Engineering Unit (PEU) Cloud Experience & Services, the Head of CLX Programs and Operations will lead the PEU in best in class Program Execution, Workforce forecasting, supplier management, Competence Development and excellence in DORA practices.

What you will do
As a member of the CLX global leadership team, define and execute on the overall strategy and priorities
Together with the leadership team identify and drive cultural changes throughout the organization to achieve excellence in Cloud Native development practices (e.g., generative culture or equivalent)
Lead and support the PEU in DORA excellence.
Establish best in class Workforce planning, Requirements management, allocations and forecast.
Enable a program management COP within CLX to address common CLX concerns.
Prepare competence plans and rollout to enable CLX to stay current with industry standards.
Chair CLX operational and steering fora.


You will bring
Strong domain knowledge to have the needed credibility with our teams, our customers and suppliers
Experience in developing in evolving technologies
Passion in driving R&D efficiency including knowledge of DORA practices
Experience in development initiatives in multi-site organizations or projects
Expertise in Cloud Native development and a proven track record of delivering Cloud Native Products in the market
Be Developer centric in everything they do
Ecosystem partnership & management Acumen
Extensive experience in customer and supplier interactions at a senior level
Ability to drive and shape organizational transformation & change, including team member motivation and communication
Ability to look beyond the status quo and to be able to concretely deliver on innovation
Academic degree in Science or Engineering.
Experience in technology or people leadership roles with strong awareness of leading multicultural teams and driving change
Strategic and big picture thinking, with the ability to focus on delivering on your contribution to Network R&D today and into the future
Thrives on accountability, overcoming challenges with a can-do attitude and motivated to achieve beyond expectations
Collaborates by default and looks to work together rather than compete, also holding your teams accountable for working as one Networks R&D
Authentic, courageous and inspiring leadership with empathy and humanness, whilst building high performing teams and growing tomorrow's leaders
Fact-based and timely decisions, stepping forward to make tough decisions even when paradoxes are present, details lacking, or the stakes are high
Customer-first mindset and proactively build this in your team
5+ years' experience in senior leadership roles with strong awareness of leading multicultural teams
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to present with confidence to the Ericsson Board and Executive Team
Extensive experience leading global SW teams transformations towards e2e ownership
