The Volvo Energy Digital & IT proactively seizes new digitalization opportunities in the Energy ecosystem, enabling Volvo Group's sustainability ambitions and electrification transformation. We are a new unit, pragmatic and easy to do business with, and a fun place to work. Our purpose is to support the electrified first-life sale and monetize battery second life to support Volvo Group's sustainability ambitions.

What will you be doing?

Additionally, you will constantly seek for businesses efficiencies to decrease the CO2 footprint for the entire Volvo Group and our partners and customers. So what are we looking for in this specific role?
As Head of Charging and Infrastructure Solutions Digital Products, you will be a member of the "Digital & IT" and "Charging & Infrastructure" Management Teams and report to the Head of Digital & IT. As the Digital Product Owner for the Charging & Infrastructure function, you will set the digital product vision, strategy and master plan/roadmap aligned with business priorities. You will orchestrate delivery of solutions for the charging ecosystem in line with the Group's Target Architecture, CAST principles and operating model. You will also leverage the Group assets and establish close collaboration with Group Digital & IT and VGCS.
Additional responsibilities are:
Ensure security and compliance within the digital tools.
Provide analysis and insights of market, technology and product trends in Charging & Infrastructure and partnerships.
Plan and manage budget allocated to the digital product of Charging & Infrastructure.
Ensure interfacing to other product owners and business partners.
Communicate business priorities for efficient development.
As we are a global company, the location for this position is flexible in Greensboro - US or Gothenburg - Sweden.

Preferred qualifications:
University degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, software, mechatronics or equivalent.
Significant experience from running agile teams.
Excellent knowledge in how technology and frameworks (agile, process, methods, strategies, plans) come together to create value at scale.
Knowledge on charging and infrastructure preferable.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
