We are now looking for a Head of Business Operations to make sure that the entire company executes on its goals and operates with high effectiveness as we continuously scale. Your focus will be on building the organization required for achieving our ambitious goals as well as run our day-to-day business. You will be the right hand to the CEO and be part of the management team.
Your responsibilities:
Build the team
• Responsible for target organizationand delivering on the hiring plan
• Design and management of interdepartmental project teams
• Ensure that the company operates as effective as possible by relentlessly improving ways of working and motivating, training & developing team members
Run Operations & Admin
• Responsible for Finance, HR, Legal as well as Supply & Logistics and manage team
• Accountable for budget process and responsible for OPEX planning in P&L
• Ensure compliance of procedures with regulations (when applicable)
Make the difference
• Responsible for setting up and executing on special projects that make a difference, e.g. growth through partnerships, proactively identify and eliminate scaling problems,...
Professional skills:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in working in high-pace, high-pressure, complex environments. Additional experience from startups is a plus.
• Excellent hiring skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Extensive project management experience
• Experience and/or affinity for regulatory & quality (i.e. experience from working within medical device or pharma)
