This Is Us
Solution management centres on understanding customer needs and the competitive landscape in order to improve the offering to our customers and thereby increasing our profitability and driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system.
The Business Intelligence and Analytics Team is a multi-disciplinary team, centred around data and customer insights. We work in all parts of the flow: creating insights, making data available in convenient forms and leading the rest of the organisation to make better use of the insights. The team is well established and have an excellent setup of skilled and dedicated team players.
Job Responsibilities
To secure a continued successful journey we are looking for a leader who will:
Lead and challenge the team to make another step change in performance
Lead and support the team by removing obstacles in our flows
Communicate the value creation of the team to stakeholders, making them have customer insights and data insights on top of their mind, and in turn making them better partners to us
Coach the team members in the place, situation and context where they are
You will also be a key member in the management team of Solutions Management where you will be expected to actively contribute to the development the whole department in line with our mission.

To be successful, you bring energy, people skills and a dare-to-try approach. You have managed teams with an exploration focus in the past and you know what it takes to coach people to push boundaries.
To fit the team and the department, you are communicative, open-minded and an inspiring leader to whom it is natural to create new ways of working. As a person you need to be flexible and appreciate a mixture of both hands-on straight forward tasks as well as more complex issues.
To work efficiently it is also highly desirable to have a strong established network in the Scania organisation, in-depth knowledge on our product offering and commercial experience.
