About this opportunity
We are transforming into Digital Capability Hub within Enterprise IT. The purpose of our newly founded unit Business Enablement and Operations is to provide enabling services and support for all units in DCH and EIT as needed, including Project Management Office, (PMO), workforce management, IP Connectivity, process development, sourcing operations, supplier management.

What you will do
Provide transformational leadership to a team with varied strengths of approximately 200 people and 10 Line managers that are responsible for PMO, IP Connectivity, Process Development, Sourcing Operations and Supplier Management. Inspire, mentor, and guide them toward achieving their full potential.
Lead efforts to drive organizational change and transformation within the unit, optimizing services for efficiency and clarity.
Drive EIT responsibility for Workforce Management to gain a complete overview and enable analysis and opportunities for harmonization and improvements.
Coordinate business operations, communications and financial management to ensure efficiency and clarity.
Develop and maintain a toolbox of fit-for-purpose tools to support and empower both DCH and EIT units, ensuring dedication and efficiency.
Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of processes and governance structures with focus on full compliance and optimization.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to align business enablement and operations efforts with company goals and objectives.


You will bring
Validated leadership experience in roles of growing responsibility, with a track record of leading organizational change and transformation while fostering a culture of dedication, visibility, and continuous improvement.
Solid background in business operations, performance excellence, and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) management, with a history of achieving operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Superb communication and collaboration skills to engage with multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
Agile and innovative demeanor, with the ability to stay ahead of trends and drive efficiency in service delivery and business operations
You are expected to be leader of leaders and are strategic, analytical, structural and result oriented. In this position, continuous development, generating energy, coaching, challenge and creating commitment are key skills.
