The Head of Business Control & Analysis will report to the CFO within the finance organization and will work closely with many other departments to create value for Qliro, our merchants and customers through analytical insights and fact-based decisions. The team also acts as a business partner to the whole business and management team. This is the perfect position for you who thrives with complex business models, finance, strategy and data.
The Head of Business Control & Analytics is responsible for developing an unbiased, holistic view of the key drivers of business performance and will own key financial processes such as business planning, budgeting and follow-up. To accomplish this, you must have a solid knowledge of finance and business analytics, financial forecasting, as well as an ability to handle large and complex data sets with an ability to take a helicopter view of the business. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate self-leadership skills and the ability to influence and interact with various levels of the organization.

• Taking a key role in the Finance function and across the business to improve business performance and company profitability. You will do this by ensuring strong cost control and that we have the modeling and analytical capabilities needed, as well as a transparent and intelligent way of understanding profitability for the organization
• Support all business development activities by analyzing growth initiatives including new products and services, market expansion, and pricing towards new customers and merchants
• Serve as a business partner to senior management by contributing to the monthly management report assisting them in developing and evaluating customer, product, and marketing initiatives and understanding results, identifying drivers, communicating and advice on corrective actions
• Taking ownership of projects in the business on an ad-hoc basis and driving these independently
We believe you have:
• At least 5 years of finance or business experience in a similar position. Experience from the financial services sector and as a leader is seen as merit
• A genuine interest in business, and a commercial understanding
• Experience with reporting and presenting information to senior management and board level
• Solid Excel skills and previous experience with SQL or a similar query language
• Bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred, in business, finance or an engineering/physics degree, or any related field with strong academic records
• Fluent in Swedish and in English
