JOB DESCRIPTION:

Brand Development - Responsible for all visual imagery and content within the business developing the visual strategy, infrastructure and processes to deliver brand differentiation and growth globally.

Creative Direction - To direct and oversee creative direction across all brand assets on-line and off-line ensuring consistency across all touch points.
Such as: Developing concepts from sketch and mood board phase
• Creating and delivering presentations
Directing photo shoots and creative projects
Collaborating with production and post-production teams
Collaborating with external suppliers, partners and agencies to ensure consistent quality
Liaising with the wider Creative Media team to ensure content is used effectively
Presenting ideas to peers and senior members of the team
Buying direct sourcing of trend styles

knowledge on visual merchandising and set design

Campaign /Brand Imagery/Shoots - Alongside the Creative Director, oversee the management of all shoots and moving imagery ensuring the process is managed from start to end and that all brand output is in line with the brands creative direction and vision.

Creative Inspiration - To ensure the brand continues to be a pioneer of innovation and creativity - working with Marketing to manage and identify relevant partners whose product compliments the brand e.g. artists, photographers, literature.

Managing a Team - To manage the strong in-house online and offline Graphic Design and Editorial teams. With Senior Management Team, defines and communicates clear vision of the future - translates into understandable goals and targets.

Product Design - work with the design team create product that fit the design brief
• Create presentation board and research for meeting the design team.
• Translate sketches and ideas into computer technical sketches.
• work with fabric, leather, fur. To develop new and innovative items.

PERSONAL PROFILE
You should have:

A fashion aesthetic, creative and intuitive strong understanding in pattern making
A pro-active, positive attitude
Calm under pressure
Experience of creatively managing a photo-shoot
talent for photographic composition
Great communication and collaborative skills
Excellent research and concepting skills
Adobe Creative Suite experience (In Design and Photoshop , Illustrator )
Social Media aware
has a good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
preferable have experience in buying

have a minimum of five years' experience in retail

preferably have a proven fashion designer education or buying education

preferable have experience in online E-commer

have a passion for fashion

• Your fashion/design portfolio will showcase a diverse range of work project
(Advertising, branding, marketing etc.)
