Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Are you the one taking us to the next level? The lion part of Scania Buses & Coaches global sales is done in cooperation with bodybuilders, making strong and mutually successful partnerships with bodybuilders a cornerstone in a winning strategy. We are now creating a new team within Product Management to reinforce our efforts and further leverage from these partnerships. As Head of Bodybuilder partnerships you are responsible for setting and implementing a partnership strategy, and coordinating all aspects of these relationships.
We are looking for a person with a can-do spirit and a drive to create customer value. You know that it takes a team to succeed and have a track record of building strong teams. In this role you will interact with a wide network within Scania HQ, Business Units, and partner organisations across the globe. It is thus essential that you are a skilled communicator, and that you have the ability to build and manage relationships. Most likely you have a university degree in engineering or business, and if you have experience from Bus & Coach sales, presales, or customer operations, we consider that a merit. However, we know that the road to success comes in many different versions.
We believe that you are a problem solver who has the ability to break down and address complex issues in a structured manner, who work proactively to put robust ways of working in place but who also knows that not everything can be planned for.
Overall, you are a down to earth and hands on kind of person. You are service- as well as business-minded, and you take action. You are comfortable with English in speech and writing, and additional languages spoken are considered a merit.
