The role
MAJORITY is looking for a skilled Head of Backend. You will drive our architectural work across all teams, leading our backend engineers and managers. You will be responsible for creating and driving the engineering culture growing our software development process.
Key Responsibilities
Leads backend engineering team
Keeps the development and the deliveries up to speed
Leads the architectural work across all teams
Sets the culture and enhance cooperation with frontend team
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience working with modern development practices
Secure experience in software development and still enjoy to code.
Have experience in operating transactions intensive systems 24/7
Experience in working with cloud including AZURE
Previous experience with Kubernetes is a plus
proven track record of building and running high-performance teams
