Then we have a great opportunity for you as Head of Back Office & Liquidity at Volvo Group Treasury.

We offer a high paced and challenging position in a global financial environment where you will lead and coordinate a team of professionals, including 6 direct reports in Sweden, and 4 functional reports in US and Singapore. You will be a key player in the Group Treasury ambition to reach Vision 2030.
Where you fit in
In this position you will report to VP Treasury Operations and Digitalization.
Treasury Operations and Digitalization is a newly established function in Group Treasury including Back Office and Liquidity, Cash Management, and Treasury Digital Transformation.
Back Office and Liquidity is mainly responsible for:
Execution of internal and external payments
Volvo Group liquidity forecasting and consolidation
Volvo Group netting activities
Transaction administration including confirmations and fixings
Daily bank account reconciliation
Adherence to internal policies and controls
Your mission is to develop and maintain a stable, well-functioning team to secure Group payment capability. As leader of this team you will drive transformation and digitalization within the function.
You will collaborate with all other functions to deliver Treasury operations in line with our Strategic priorities and work together as 'One Treasury'.

You are a leader with energy and a collaborative attitude. You have experience within Treasury or finance and have worked with liquidity, payments, or financial transactions in similar positions. What we do
Group Treasury is a global function within Group Finance. We support the Volvo Group in all countries where it is needed, with offices in Gothenburg, Singapore, Beijing, Greensboro, and Curitiba. The Group Treasury mission is to secure the Group's payment capability and proactively manage financial risks. Responsibilities include Group funding, liquidity management, FX operations, Group capital structure, rating analysis, financial infrastructure, and adherence to Volvo Group Financial Risk Policy. We work closely with many stakeholders both within and outside the Volvo Group globally.

You probably have these qualifications:
Min 5-year experience from similar positions.
Strong and proven leadership skills with formal or informal leadership.
Solid experience of TMS/ERP systems. WSS and SAP knowledge is meriting.
Good knowledge of liquidity management, payments, or Treasury operations.
Established network with relevant stakeholders.
Solid understanding of financial instruments.
Strong interest in digitalization and continuous improvements.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Fluent, verbal as well as written, in English and Swedish.
